- About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our urgent care team. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care for injuries or illnesses in a fast-paced environment.
- Main Responsibilities
- Assist the Registered Nurse in delivering exceptional patient care, including conducting thorough assessments, administering medications, wound care, and educating patients on their treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
- Greet and assist patients, monitor appointment schedules, register, and update registration details as needed.
- Support clinical activities, maintain a clean and well-stocked clinical area, and complete administrative tasks such as Medicare billing and coding.
- Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Emergency settings with acute injury and illness management expertise.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle escalations, and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
