This is an exciting opportunity to provide out-of-hours mental health support to individuals over 18+ who live and have a registered GP in Dudley.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to join our team, offering a holistic approach that focuses on assets, independence, recovery, and social inclusion with no wrong door approach.
The successful candidate will work closely with Service Users, Bank Support Workers, Volunteers, Service Manager, and Local services, providing person-centered care and supporting individuals to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. You should also be passionate about delivering high-quality services and committed to our core values: commitment, equity, expertise, hope, openness, passion, and understanding.
