
Professional Case Coordinator

As a professional care manager, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.

- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective claim handling.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in insurance or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
