We are seeking an accomplished Senior Ecommerce Director to spearhead our ecommerce strategy and drive business growth across multiple platforms.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy, ensuring seamless integration with our digital marketing efforts.
- Lead a team of experts in optimising and managing our website, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital marketing, email campaigns, and social media performance.
- Oversee merchandising, promotions, pricing strategies, and product drops to maximise sales and revenue.
- Analyse data, report on performance, and implement changes to enhance speed and scalability.
- At least 5 years of experience in ecommerce with a proven track record of scaling direct-to-consumer brands.
- Proficiency in Shopify or similar platforms.
- A strong grasp of Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), email marketing, and paid performance marketing.
- Natural leadership skills, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, product-focused environments.
- A passion for motorsports is highly desirable.
- This is a full-time, office-based role at our Gold Coast HQ.
