Restaurant Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Trippas White Group, a leading hospitality company in Australia.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a leadership role in one of our premium venues. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising service shifts across multiple outlets, working closely with the management team, and developing your management skills through mentorship and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise service shifts across multiple outlets, ensuring high-quality food and beverage service to our clients.
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and implement operational strategies to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
  • Develop and maintain a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Assist with rostering staff, including permanent and casual labor, to ensure adequate coverage and minimize labor costs.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and operations, driving innovation and excellence in our venues.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • High attention to detail and strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Current RSA Certificate and a working understanding of food safety practices.
