High-performance Talent Acquisition is a critical function within our growing network. We are seeking a strategic and innovative leader to oversee our talent acquisition strategy, driving excellence across all recruitment touchpoints.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of sourcing channels and have success in executing proactive recruitment campaigns. They will be a hands-on, people-focused leader who is adaptable, resilient, and commercially aware.

This role requires the ability to build and maintain strong talent pipelines, lead the Talent Acquisition team to ensure high levels of team engagement, and provide learning, developing and stretch opportunities.

The successful candidate will have previously led talent acquisition functions or worked in a similar HR environment, with hands-on experience in succession planning, retention strategies, and managing applicant tracking systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering our talent acquisition strategy in alignment with workforce and growth priorities
  • Partnering with leaders to forecast workforce demand, build pipelines, and deliver proactive sourcing strategies
  • Developing and maintaining strategic sourcing partners, including educational institutions and industry groups
  • Championing an exceptional candidate experience across all recruitment touchpoints
  • Leading the execution of onboarding learning delivery and operations for the property
