**Role Overview:**

As a Chaplain, you will provide spiritual and emotional support to individuals and families in need. Your role will be centered around offering hope, healing, and guidance to those who are experiencing disadvantage or personal trials.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide person-centered spiritual care initiatives that cater to the diverse needs of clients.
  • Collaborate with our HopeStreet team to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting people in their search for meaning, hope, and healing.
  • Work in a multi-disciplinary setting to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

**Requirements:**

  • Tertiary qualifications in chaplaincy or pastoral care (or theological qualifications with willingness to undertake chaplaincy training within 12 months).
  • High level of Christian spiritual maturity with a pastoral heart.
  • Active involvement in a local Christian Church.
  • Chaplaincy or pastoral care experience.
  • Current 'Working with Children Check'.
  • Experience working in collaborative settings.
