As a Pastoral Care Partner, you will lead initiatives that promote accessible, timely, and appropriate spiritual and pastoral care services, while supporting our various programs and services.

  • Provide high-quality, personalized spiritual and pastoral care services that cater to diverse needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent engagement and support across all services.

Requirements:

  • Retail tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
  • Excellent knowledge of pastoral care, spirituality, and contemporary theology.
  • Understanding of lay Catholic culture, ministry, and church structure.
  • Able to model and promote the ethos and mission of our organization.
