Austcorp Executive Recruitment PTY Ltd is seeking an experienced Audiovisual Solutions Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of minor works projects and managed services of AV systems to various sectors.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong understanding of Audiovisual systems, including Managed Service / Repairs, Upgrades, and Minor Project Works up to $500K. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support existing and new clients through effective team and account oversight, providing Managed Service / Repair contracts and Minor Project Works across a diverse client portfolio.
- Identify scope of works, pricing of minor works, and recommend variations through client premises walk-rounds.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of AV projects and services.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of industry experience, with at least 3 years of Account Management or Service Manager experience within an organization delivering audio visual solutions.
- Excellent Client Relationship Management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Prior experience across a range of commercial projectors and flat panel displays, control panels, sound, projector security, digital signage, projector screens, document and viewing cameras, and interactive whiteboards.
- An excellent communicator with strong English language skills, and a strong presentation style to drive business relationships.
