As an Educator at Goodstart Nelson Bay, you'll be part of a dedicated team crafting exceptional learning programs for children. Your commitment to safety, inclusivity, and delivering high-quality care will ensure every child thrives and feels valued in their learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging learning programs that cater to diverse needs and interests
  • Work closely with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to enhance program quality and create a nurturing environment
  • Maintain open communication with families, building strong relationships and ensuring seamless transitions for children

Your Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check
