Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking two Project Coordinators to join an expanding team, managing allocated projects, coordinating the flow of information between key stakeholders across the Group, monitoring project progress and preparing monthly operational reports.

The roles focus on the coordination of tasks, reporting, and providing high-level administration support services to the Office of the Deputy Secretary (ODS) and Homes, Property and Development Group whilst supporting the development and implementation of projects, coordination of requests, tasks, and reporting to facilitate the efficient and effective operation of the Group.

About the role You will possess strong attention to detail as well as have excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and build effective long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You will be responsible for setting your own work priorities within the overall agreed work program and working autonomously. The role requires proven experience in policy and project management, operations, and the workings of Government.

Key requirements include:

  • Proven experience in policy and project management
  • Operations and workings of Government
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively

Desirable qualifications include experienced using Microsoft PowerBI, Smartsheet or similar for building dashboards and managing reporting against project milestones and deliverables.
