Visual Storyteller and Content Creator

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Visual Storyteller and Content Creator to produce high-quality photo and video content for various platforms. The ideal candidate will travel around Australia and globally, capturing images and footage of our brand, events, people, and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Videography and Photography
    • Create engaging, high-quality video and photo content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, events, and promotional material.
    • Manage the entire content production process, from concept development to final delivery.
    • Operate cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and drones (if applicable).
  • Creative Direction & Collaboration
    • Work closely with our marketing team to develop visual strategies that align with business objectives.
    • Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, branding, and storytelling initiatives.
  • Technical & Administrative
    • Maintain photography and videography equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition.
    • Organize shoots, including scheduling, set-up, and location scouting.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    Requirements:
    • Proven experience as a Videographer, Photographer, or similar role.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing video and photography work.
    • Proficiency with industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop).
    • Ability to operate professional cameras, drones, lighting, and audio equipment.
    • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, framing, and editing techniques.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage projects end-to-end.
    • Flexibility to travel and work outside standard office hours when required.
