**Seeking an In-House Videographer who has**:

- 3+ years' experience as a professional videographer
- Knowledge of shooting luxury real estate & project developments as well as internal events, branding and profiles
- A valid Australian Driver's License & reliable car
- Creative mindset to conceptualise shoots
- High performing, excellent quality equipment

**A bit about the role**

Highland is on the hunt for an experienced In-House Videographer to join the internal Marketing team to produce high-end content for our luxury clients.

In this full-time role, you will report to the Head of Brand & Marketing at our head office in Cronulla, NSW. The role will work seamlessly with our marketing team to cover the shoot requirements for all our properties across the Sutherland Shire and Eastern Suburbs.

The properties will vary from opulent waterfronts to small apartments for sale/rent, as well as shooting all Highland brand videos, events, sponsorships, and "meet the team" snippets for the agents.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Shooting on location for properties for sale/rent throughout the Sutherland Shire & Eastern Suburbs, including aerial/drone videography
- Managing the editing process for each video including animation & branding
- Editing film in a range of formats to be posted to multiple profiles including YouTube, Instagram and other platforms
- Collaborating creatively with the in-house photographer, agents, and vendors to present and shoot properties to the highest quality
- Creative direction on conceptualising the video story board from start to finish and achieving the vision
- Responsible for the videography at all company events and sponsorships (charity events, company sponsorships, spring fairs, in-house Christmas parties etc)
- Manage the operation, and maintenance of equipment utilised in shooting and editing
- Liaise with the Project Marketing team to idealise & film conceptual/lifestyle videos for upcoming developments
- 3+ years' experience in a similar professional role
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or training are highly desired
- Creative eye and willingness to express ideas
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Team player but able to work independently on location
- Professional, friendly attitude when communicating with clients and staff alike
- Present yourself professionally - well groomed & smartly dressed
- Australian Driver's License & reliable car
- Technical understanding to be able to operate, configure, set up, and fix video, audio, lighting or other production equipment.
- Ability to set up and use various AV equipment on productions
- Own equipment
- Ability to shoot content and make it suitable for various platforms including social media
