The OpportunityWe're seeking a Casual Medical Receptionist to join our Frankston practice. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to patients, managing the front desk reception, and supporting healthcare professionals with administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities- Greet patients and welcome them to our Centre.
- Collect and enter patient details into our database.
- Schedule appointments as required.
- Answer telephone calls and enquiries.
- Provide administrative support and perform other ad-hoc duties.
