Community Support Professional

As a Community Support Professional, you will provide practical, emotional, and administrative support to women in our Supported Accommodation Service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver client support, from crisis response to independent living skill-building.
  • Assist with daily household tasks, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
  • Provide admin support including record keeping, handovers, and referrals.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with women experiencing disadvantage, trauma, or mental health challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, non-judgemental approach.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure.
