Key Role: Administration Officer
The Administration Officer is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for providing administrative support to the Mental Health & Drug and Alcohol Teams in Mudgee.
- Assist in the provision of a one-stop hub and support for individuals experiencing mental illness.
- Provide high-level administrative support to team members.
Responsibilities:
- Administer day-to-day operations, including maintaining accurate records and files.
- Offer exceptional customer service to staff, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Requirements:
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in an administration role, preferably in healthcare.
