Job Description

This role plays a pivotal part in supporting the entire employee lifecycle for our ANZ region. As a trusted partner, you will be responsible for building lasting relationships with internal clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all P&C enquiries, and managing the day-to-day administrative operations for the P&C team.

You will also play a key role in developing and analyzing people metrics, reporting, and maintaining our HRIS system. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring work health and safety requirements are met, while also contributing to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage all P&C administration, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of processes
  2. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to provide an exceptional onboarding experience for new employees across ANZ
  3. Prepare documentation for visa sponsorships and work closely with the migration agent throughout the process
  4. Produce monthly reports on P&C metrics for APAC Executive and Global offices
  5. Maintain company intranet page content
  6. Coordinate training and P&C activities, including scheduling and managing calendars
Requirements

This position is best suited for someone with 2+ years of HR administration/coordinator experience in a fast-paced agile environment. You should be comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting to new processes/ways of working.

Additionally, you will need:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to prioritize effectively and work to tight deadlines
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Intermediate Excel skills with experience manipulating and analyzing data to generate meaningful insights
  • Foundational knowledge of employment regulatory framework would be advantageous
  • A passion for employee experience
  • A strong collaborator with the ability to work autonomously when required
  • A desire to improve processes to increase efficiency
Location

This position will be located in Sydney.
