As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through knowledgeable service and seamless execution of operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by offering personalized product recommendations and ensuring a seamless point of sale transaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest products and share your knowledge with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Contribute to the smooth operations of the store by effectively managing stock and preventing loss.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is presented in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Live and embody the Country Road Group values, collaborating with your store team to achieve results.
