This role involves working as a senior DevOps engineer within our organisation in Canberra. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality ICT and Cyber solutions to Defence and National Intelligence Community customers.

About the Position
  • Strong experience with IT infrastructure and DevOps methodologies, including cloud architecture.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and automation.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Active NV1 security clearance (Min).
About You
  • We are looking for someone who can drive the uptake of observability in our platform tools and capabilities.
  • You will identify, inform and seek to mitigate release engineering risks during work planning.
  • We require someone who can improve developer productivity, release frequency, and operational outcomes.
  • You will implement and maintain continuous integration/deployment functionality.
  • We need someone to implement and maintain development, build, or deployment tooling and scripts.
  • You will maintain documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Able to automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration for reliable environment management.
  • We require someone to plan, automate, test, and deploy databases using pipelines.
  • You will identify and implement process improvements for DevOps workflows.
  • Able to cultivate relationships internally and externally, offering mentorship as needed.
  • Manage time and workload effectively to meet project deadlines.
