We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service and Parts Interpreter to join our team at AUTOrecruit. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, interpreting parts, and supporting the Store Manager in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, including handling calls and emails.
  • Parts interpreting and managing invoicing.
  • Checking in with customers and conducting follow-ups.
  • Supporting the Store Manager in daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service and parts interpreting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Pronto system is a plus, with in-house training available.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small, close-knit team.
