Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver timely and accurate solutions to customer requests and issues through effective ticket handling.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and SOPs to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in support engineering or system administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical details clearly and concisely.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in technical debugging and diagnostics.
  • General understanding of networking concepts like TCP/IP, DNS, routing, security.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) and UNIX/Linux operating systems.
