Job Title

The Compliance Manager will provide critical support and advice to Consumer Wealth Distribution, working closely with Financial Advice stakeholders.

  • Key Role:
  1. The individual in this position will be responsible for providing guidance and expertise to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  2. They will work closely with various stakeholders, including Financial Advice teams, to implement effective compliance strategies and policies.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Analyzing complex regulatory requirements and developing strategies to ensure compliance.
  2. Providing training and guidance to colleagues on compliance procedures and best practices.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with non-compliance.
  4. Developing and maintaining comprehensive compliance reports and dashboards to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Finance, or Law.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in compliance management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
