Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Receptionist to join our team as the first point of contact for our customers. This is a full-time permanent role that requires strong customer service skills, excellent communication skills, IT and administrative abilities, a positive energy, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers and build a positive rapport
  • Answer phone calls and allocate emails to the correct department
  • Complete licensing for new retail vehicles
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as required by the Sales team
  • Receive all customer enquiries and handle them accordingly
  • Maintain customer areas clean and tidy
