Customer Service Representative Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our frontline team at our store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences that keep customers coming back.

The ideal candidate will be available on weekdays for overnight shifts and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for operating point of sale systems, assisting with fuel and stock deliveries, maintaining a safe working environment, and ensuring effective merchandising and stock control.

We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to each shift. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver brilliant customer service to keep customers returning
  • Promote products and exciting deals
  • Operate point of sale systems and assist with fuel and stock deliveries
