Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful and rewarding impact for our clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an allocated caseload and completing therapeutic services in a timely manner. They will also assess clients' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardized assessments.

  • Degree Qualified Occupational Therapist
  • Current Full Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or Eligible for the Same Upon Completion of a University Degree in Occupational Therapy
Responsibilities
  • Managing an allocated caseload and completing therapeutic services in a timely manner
  • Assessing clients' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
  • Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each client
  • Providing therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based
  • Providing support and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work and residential facilities
  • Recommending provision of Assistive Technology to assist client with their functional limitations and to promote independence

About You
  • Excellent Written, Verbal and Interpersonal Communication Skills
