**Your New Career Path**:

A full-time, permanent role has arisen for a Service Advisor to join our On Highway Service team. You'll be based in Chipping Norton, working as a key liaison between customers and our technicians.

**In this Role You Will:**

  • Communicate proactively with workshop customers daily - taking bookings, advising of progress and providing estimated finish times.
  • Provide accurate quotes to customers and follow up timely.
  • Process invoices upon completion of jobs.
  • Respond to phone queries efficiently.
  • Work with the service manager and technicians to manage WIP and increase efficiencies.

**About You:**

  • You will enjoy delivering excellent customer service and have a passion for service advice and solutions.
  • Prior experience in on-highway customer service is advantageous but not essential.
  • You should have strong communication skills and a knack for building personal connections.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment is required.
