Job Description
  • Support the sales floor by being highly aware of customer interactions at all times.
  • Lead from the floor and champion exceptional guest experiences.
  • Actively share brand information with the team and guests, ensuring each individual feels invited to engage.
  • Coach and develop Product Guides to unlock their potential and drive business success.
  • Manage inventory levels to maximize sell-through; including receiving, processing, restocking, and destocking.
  • Utilize tools to manage store operations, overseeing sales targets, labor management, and budget adherence.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of one year's leadership experience and one to two years' retail experience.
  • A natural leader with a passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Able to seek and offer relevant feedback, coaching, and development in real-time.
  • Comfortable adhering to and enforcing health and safety guidelines.
  • Proven ability to set a clear vision, align the team around common goals, and foster commitment to these objectives.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize and adapt to daily business needs.
