About Our Store:

We are opening a new retail location for Salomon in Chatswood Chase, and we're looking for a driven Retail Manager to lead sales, connect with customers, and build a vibrant team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising, and store operations to ensure a top-notch retail experience.
  • Develop strategies to boost foot traffic, sales, and customer loyalty.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff, fostering a positive and high-energy environment.
  • Manage store operations, including projects for a seamless launch.
  • E nsure compliance with health & safety standards.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Retail Manager or similar leadership role in retail.
  • A strong track record of hitting sales targets and driving store performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Possession of relevant industry knowledge, including a deep understanding of Salomon's products.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and public holidays.
