Job Title:

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to lead our projects and clients in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your technical expertise to manage project delivery, coordinating teams and overseeing budgets
  • Prepare and submit high-quality project tenders
  • Deliver project design and documentation while ensuring compliance with Australian Building Standards and Codes
  • Serve as a mentor to junior engineers, guiding them in their professional development
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our team through innovative solutions and collaborative approaches

Requirements:

  • A degree in engineering from a recognized institution
  • Certification as a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) and PE(Vic)
  • At least 12 years of experience working in a consulting environment, with a focus on commercial, residential, institutional, and industrial building designs
  • Proven ability to manage people and projects effectively, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with relevant building codes and standards in Australia
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with a track record of delivering successful projects and growing teams
