Energy and Infrastructure Transaction Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Transaction Specialist to join our highly successful team in Australia with a focus on energy and infrastructure transactions.
The role will involve working on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactional matters in Asia Pacific, including takeovers, leveraged buyouts and auction sales, for leading corporates and investors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working on public and private transactional matters in Asia Pacific
- Takeovers and leveraged buyouts
- Auction sales
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Strong background in transactional law and experience working with international clients
- Common law qualified
- Knowledge of Australia-specific rules/codes would be an advantage
