This opportunity involves developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will oversee all aspects of quality control, including produce inspection, and documentation. Additionally, you will conduct regular audits of suppliers and distribution facilities to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.

The successful candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner. They will train and mentor staff on quality assurance protocols and best practices, continuously monitor and improve quality systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

This position requires at least 2 years of experience in quality assurance management, preferably in the food industry. A minimum of an Australian bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience, is also required. You must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address quality issues proactively.
