Logistics Operations Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned fleet and logistics professional to oversee and report on all project-related logistics movements in-country.

Working on a 6/3 weeks FIFO basis, the Logistics Operations Coordinator will provide real-time management and operational engagement of all logistics operations.

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between stakeholders, proactively delivering defined objectives, managing transport operations including subcontractors, and ensuring seamless collaboration and operational alignment.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational integrity and effectiveness.
  • Oversee daily fleet operations which includes short- and long-term scheduling.
  • Guarantee that all logistics operations adhere to local, federal, and state regulations, as well as safety protocols.

A competitive salary is offered, including incentives. Some travel to site and to other regional hubs should be expected.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport Management, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in fleet operations or logistics coordination.
  • Prior exposure to coordination with government bodies is preferred.

We are looking for a skilled professional who can work independently in a field environment with minimal supervision, possess strong communication, reporting, and analytical skills, and have familiarity with transport KPIs, tracking tools, and incident logging.

A good computer skillset with the ability to use integrated management systems, word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet applications is essential.
