dnata catering & retail stands as Australia's premier inflight catering and retail partner, serving airlines globally with top-notch menu solutions. Our operations span across 16 facilities, delivering over 64 million meals each year.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Purchasing Manager, your role will involve ensuring the prompt and effective receipt of incoming goods and supplies essential for our catering services.

Key Duties Include:

  • Guaranteeing the timely provision of goods for the catering team.
  • Maintaining hygiene and quality standards for all incoming items.
  • Efficiently managing stock to accommodate new deliveries.
  • Adhering to company policies regarding HACCP, QSAI, and WHS compliance.
  • Proactively identifying and addressing operational challenges.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Possession of a valid Forklift License.
  • Understanding of HACCP/Food Safety, QSAI, and WHS (preferred).
  • Experience in warehouse operations and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills and product knowledge.
  • Availability for full-time hours and a clear National Police Check.
