About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Manager to join our team on a temporary basis. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and tracking shipments, ensuring accuracy of customer orders and confirming delivery details with the production team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage import documentation and update ERP systems to ensure timely completion of shipping and financial transactions.
  • Control and monitor shipping costs, action freight forwarder invoices weekly, and process supplier/customer invoices.
  • Support client services and finance teams by maintaining accurate inventory records and providing order status updates.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of 3PL relationships and distribution methods.
  • Experience in freight forwarding is essential, with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
