Leasing Associate Role

About the Job

The Leasing Associate will be responsible for assisting in end-to-end leasing, including apartment tours, applications, and rent reviews.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist with leasing process: Assist with all aspects of leasing, including apartment tours, applications, lease renewals, and rent reviews.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service: Respond to resident requests, ensure a positive experience, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Support marketing initiatives: Assist with community events, social media engagement, and other marketing initiatives to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
  • Maintain databases and records: Ensure accurate maintenance of databases and records, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to business objectives: Contribute to resident retention programs, occupancy goals, and revenue growth by delivering outstanding service and support.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Additionally, you should be highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management abilities. Comfortable working with systems and databases, you should also be able to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
