About the Role

This individual will work closely with the Product Manager to connect creative vision with operational excellence, ensuring clarity, precision, and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities">
  • Develop seasonal design directions across colour, fabric, silhouette, and print.
  • Lead the development of capsule collections and collaborations.
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure storytelling reflects the brand's design direction and positioning.

The ideal candidate will bring a confident creative point of view, strong understanding of womenswear design, denim, and ability to translate global trends into the aesthetic while respecting heritage.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field is preferred. The successful candidate must have extensive experience in fashion design, preferably in womenswear, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs on time.

Excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and sourcing.
