Our organization is seeking a customer-focused service centre consultant to fill a key role in their operations.

The Job Description
  • We are looking for an individual who can provide high-quality customer service, taking calls from facility contacts and logging and processing maintenance work orders for completion.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships based on friendly and efficient service.
  2. Provide excellent customer service through accurate information gathering, entry of work orders into the system, allocation and scheduling of trades and sub-contractors to complete necessary works.
  3. Follow each work order through the workflow process ensuring it is completed on time and to a high standard, with follow up with clients after works to ensure they are satisfied with the works and service.
Requirements
  • Acknowledgment of Maximo experience is highly regarded but not essential for this position.
