Customer Service Professional

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships and can manage detailed tasks with accuracy and care.

Key responsibilities include managing inbound calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Additionally, you will provide tracking and reporting on freight movements and deliveries, build and maintain strong relationships with customers and perform general office and administration duties.

Collaboration with team members to improve customer service processes is also a key aspect of this role.

The Opportunity

A 12-month fixed term contract with a Monday to Friday roster offers a stable and supportive work environment. You will be part of a dynamic team that values your work, offering an above award salary paid weekly and opportunities for career development programs.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in the transport industry is desirable but not essential. A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations is crucial.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office suite & data entry are required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as great interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport are essential.
