Employee Experience Partner Role

This senior HR Employee Experience Partner role offers a unique opportunity to lead the entire employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition to performance optimization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice to managers and employees on performance management, disciplinary procedures, and grievances resolution
  • Become an ambassador for organizational values, fostering strong relationships with regional Leadership Teams to stay aligned with business needs
  • Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring seamless transitions from job posting to onboarding
  • Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Cultivate and advise managers on strategic HR initiatives, policies, and industrial instruments

The ideal candidate will possess experience as an HR Business Partner or Manager, with expertise in the full employee life cycle, and a passion for driving culture, engagement, and employee well-being.
