Job Overview

Based in Western Australia, this role involves delivering expert HR advisory services to support business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic HR consultancy and advisory services to senior managers and executives across a range of HR matters including workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement effective change management strategies to ensure seamless transitions and minimal disruption to the business.
  • Apply expertise in interpreting and applying relevant legislation, standards, awards/agreements, policies, and procedures to drive compliance and minimize risk.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve integrated service provision and build strong relationships with team members, customers, and external partners.
  • Investigate and resolve complex operational HR issues as they arise, escalating where necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate redeployment and redundancy processes to meet legislative, policy, and procedural requirements, while minimizing disruptions to the business.
  • Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and excellence in HR service delivery.
  • Exhibit accountability, professional integrity, and respect for colleagues, clients, and stakeholders at all times.

Requirements:

  • Relevant human resource experience preferably in the delivery of broad HR services, including recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.
  • Ability to effectively supervise and lead small teams to achieve desired outcomes.

Desirable:

  • A postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
