Job Description

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors, including strong knowledge of EC APIs, Time Off, and SAP S/4 HANA HR.

Strong analytical, communication, and customer-facing skills are essential, along with the ability to manage tasks independently and collaboratively.

A tertiary qualification in IT or a related field is required.

  1. Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors EC, Time Off, and Payroll modules according to business requirements.
  2. Implement and maintain integrations between EC, Time Off, and Payroll, including Point-to-Point replication setups.
  3. Troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure data integrity across modules.
  4. Integrate SuccessFactors EC with other business systems.
  5. Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
  6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the SuccessFactors platform.
  7. Stay up to date with the latest SuccessFactors releases and best practices.
Requirements

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) API, EC Time Off, SAP S4 Hana HR, and understanding of AU/US payroll processes would be highly advantageous.
