Job Description

The primary role of a food and beverage attendant involves delivering exceptional service to guests. This includes taking orders, serving meals and drinks, and ensuring that all customer needs are met.

We are seeking team members who are passionate about delivering world-class hospitality, possess excellent communication skills, and can work effectively under pressure. Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to guests by taking orders and serving meals and drinks.
  • Ensure that all customer needs are met, and strive to exceed their expectations.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver seamless service to our guests.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the lounge area.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
  • Availability to work a rotating roster.
  • Valid certification in responsible alcohol service and ability to pass a police clearance check.
