We are currently seeking a dedicated Skincare Professional to join our team in a full-time Beauty Expert role on Collins Street.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about skincare and providing exceptional customer experiences. As a Beauty Expert, you will work closely with the Boutique Manager to enhance our skincare range through personalized consultations, customer engagement, and in-store events. Your goal will be to contribute to the boutique's overall performance and success.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality skincare services to customers, including product demonstrations, skin consultations, and after-sales support. You will also play a vital role in maintaining a positive and inclusive shopping environment that exceeds customer expectations.

This role requires flexibility, including working weekends and varying shifts. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in retail or a related field, preferably in skincare or fragrance.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Results-driven with a focus on meeting sales targets.
