Senior Associate Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our employment team based in Melbourne. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4-5+ years' post-admission experience and strong knowledge of Australian employment law.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work on a broad range of employment law issues, including workplace relations, industrial relations, and work health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working closely with our employment partner and special counsel to provide advice and representation to clients on employment law matters
  • Developing and maintaining excellent client relationships and working as part of a close-knit team
  • Participating in marketing and business development activities to help grow the firm's employment practice
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4-5+ years' post-admission experience
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment law
  • A friendly and engaging manner with clients, with a commercial approach to file management
  • Ability to autonomously run a caseload of litigated and unlitigated files
