About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Traffic Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe management of work zones and events for our clients.

Your primary duties will include setting up, managing, and removing temporary traffic control schemes and signage, directing traffic using a stop-slow sign and other traffic control devices in various weather conditions, coordinating with road traffic personnel, construction workers, and emergency response teams, and monitoring traffic behavior and flow to ensure public safety.

As a supervisor, you will also manage and coordinate coworkers and teams to ensure the safe execution of work zone and event management tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Valid Traffic Control tickets - TCR, Implementation, Traffic Mgt Plans
  • Valid Construction Licence - White Card
  • Valid NSW Drivers Licence
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in traffic control team leading or leadership role
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Strong work ethic and aligned values
