Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Area Manager to lead our Out-of-School Hours Care (OSHC) programs in Queensland. As a key member of our team, you will inspire and empower teams to make a meaningful difference.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion a portfolio of OSHC programs, making real connections through hands-on engagement and strategic site visits across Queensland.
  • Drive compliance, quality improvements, and operational excellence, ensuring every program exceeds expectations.
  • Strengthen relationships with school communities, families, and staff, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration.
  • Coach and mentor teams with transformational leadership, delivering impactful training, conducting performance reviews, and cultivating continuous learning.
  • Approach challenges with creativity and care, ensuring every program runs seamlessly, efficiently, and with purpose.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum 4+ years of leadership expertise in OSHC, a Diploma in Children's Services (or higher), and a deep understanding of the National Quality Framework.
  • Excellent communication skills to inspire teams, build strong connections, and drive operational success with confidence and clarity.
  • Strong compliance skills, with a passion for child protection, inclusion, and continuous quality improvement.
  • The ability to collaborate with School Plus leadership, shaping exceptional programs that leave a lasting impact.
