Regional Employment Director

Lead regional delivery of a national program creating inclusive employment opportunities for people with disability.
The Area Manager will lead the successful delivery of the program across a defined regional footprint, driving employment outcomes and ensuring continuous service improvement.
- Lead, coach and develop a regional team to deliver high-quality employment support.
- Manage performance against revenue and service delivery KPIs.
- Build and grow strategic employer partnerships to drive inclusive employment.
- Champion Endeavour Foundation's values and lead with purpose and impact.
About You:
- You're a values-led leader who thrives on growth and impact.
- Proven leadership in employment or community services.
- Strong commercial acumen, including budget management.
- Experience building employer networks.
- Ability to lead teams through change.
- Tertiary qualifications in business or related fields (highly desirable).
This role combines strategic leadership and operational oversight.
