About the Job

We're seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Retail Team Member during the holiday season.

You'll be a key part of our success, delivering exceptional customer experiences through outstanding product knowledge and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide superior customer service to each store visitor, ensuring their needs are met with a smile.
  • Ensure stores are open and ready for customers, creating a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business.
  • Manage stock movement, optimize sales, and maintain high store presentation standards to drive sales growth.
  • Show strong product knowledge, research, and describe product features and benefits to customers, driving sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Recommend, select, and locate products based on customer needs or desires, exceeding expectations and building customer loyalty.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in customer-service roles is desirable, but not essential.
  • Focused on delivering exceptional customer service, meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Able to work in fast-paced environments, multitasking to serve multiple customers and meet demanding sales targets.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic approach to store operations and personable interactions with customers.
