Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate our weekend staff to achieve exceptional results.
- Deliver outstanding service to trade and retail customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Oversee store opening/closing procedures, manage daily cash handling, and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure merchandising and order accuracy, supporting team training and safety compliance.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in the hardware or building industry is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a hands-on approach.

- Confidence using point-of-sale systems, email, and quoting software.
- Forklift Licence (LF) is an asset or willingness to obtain.
