Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage appointments for our team of therapists (in-clinic and mobile).
  • Maintain accurate client records and uphold privacy standards.
  • Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and web.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and families.
  • Handle accounts receivable and NDIS claims.
  • Support therapists with admin tasks related to therapy.
  • General typing, data entry, and computer work.
What You'll Bring:
  • Experience with practice management software is essential.
  • Knowledge of NDIS administrative requirements or similar funding packages.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
